GUARANTEE TERMS

1. This guarantee is applicable to all of our web hosting services including linux hosting, windows hosting, dedicated servers, VPS and FTP hosting.

2. This guarantee will be compensated with service credits. Service credits are issued after the approval of your claim in the following manner.
i. 1 day service credit = 15 minutes downtime.
ii. After first 15 minutes you will get credit of 1 day service with each passing hour.
iii. You can use this credit to pay your monthly invoice (Or 1 month free in your annual invoices) for your purchased services and packages.

3. This guarantee is not applicable to hardware failures(It is covered by our 4 hours hardware replacement guarantee), single server network failure due to some action done by user, external problems which are not under the influence or control of Lagoon Host like acts of God, wars, some major disaster in country or continent network.

4. This guarantee is also not applicable to scheduled network maintainence procedures.

5. To claim our this guarantee you must submit a ticket via our support center with starting time of downtime, time of service back to normal, date it occured, results of atleast 3 traceroute commands. Without this information your application will be refused.

6. This guarantee also includes 100% power uptime guarantee.
